Look What I Drew Terms of Use

By using Look What I Drew, you agree to these terms and the applicable Apple Standard End User License Agreement.

1. Purpose

The app is for parents and caregivers to capture, organize, revisit, narrate, and export children’s artwork. You are responsible for having the rights and consent needed for content you import, record, sync, or share.

2. Local content and backups

Artwork is stored on the device by default. You are responsible for maintaining the device, system backups, and recoverable copies. Except where required by law, we cannot guarantee recovery after device damage, system problems, deletion, or incomplete sync.

3. Membership and purchases

  • Annual and monthly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions unless canceled through Apple before the current period ends.
  • Lifetime access is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Promotional lifetime access appears only when actually offered by the App Store.
  • Prices, taxes, trial eligibility, and regional availability are shown by the App Store before purchase.
  • Purchase, restore, cancellation, and refund handling are provided by Apple and governed by Apple Media Services terms.

4. iCloud sync

Members can choose to enable private iCloud sync on supported Apple devices. Sync depends on the system iCloud account, network, CloudKit, and a valid entitlement. Local saving should remain available during interruption, but sync may not always be immediate or error-free.

5. Export and third-party apps

Content you choose to share is handed to the destination app you select. We do not represent that a third-party app will publish successfully, and we do not control its review, compression, audience, or later processing.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to violate privacy, copyright, or other rights, or to interfere with the app, StoreKit, CloudKit, or release services. You are responsible for content you save, export, and share.

7. Changes

We may update features to fix issues, support new system versions, protect security, or adjust the product. We aim to preserve access to local content and will update documentation when user-visible boundaries change.

8. Apple Standard EULA

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the app uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
